So some fella who clearly isn’t driving a car has a transportation issue that a $1.79 tire patch kit could solve. Seems to me in the era of trillion-dollar stimuli a guy could get a frikkin’ tire patch kit.

Chief, couldn’t you just haul his rig over to Rev. Coleman’s MAD DADS and Free Bicycles place?
